4. Credits and Purchases

Each video generation costs 1 credit. Credits can be purchased through our platform. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. User-Generated Content

Prompts submitted to Nodsgy are processed to generate educational videos. Generated videos are stored on our servers and may be uploaded to YouTube with your consent. You retain ownership of your prompts and generated content, but grant us a license to store, process, and (if selected) upload to YouTube. You agree to only submit prompts that do not violate any third-party rights or contain inappropriate content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activities using Nodsgy.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our platform.
• Use the service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
• Attempt to bypass the credit system or payment requirements.
• Share or distribute generated videos in violation of our terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nodsgy is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the platform will always be secure, error-free, or available without interruption. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform. The accuracy and quality of generated videos may vary, and we make no guarantees about the educational or factual accuracy of the content. Users should verify any important information independently.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data. By using our platform, you consent to these practices.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with various third-party services including Google OAuth, YouTube, Firebase, and Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service. When uploading videos to YouTube, you must comply with YouTube's terms of service and community guidelines.

11. Training Data Usage

By using our service and generating videos, you acknowledge and agree that any content you create through our platform, including but not limited to videos, prompts, and associated metadata, may be used as training data to improve our AI models and services in the future. This helps us enhance the quality and capabilities of our video generation system.

While we maintain high standards of data handling and security, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your generated content into our training datasets. This usage will be in aggregate form and will not individually identify you as the content creator.

If you have specific concerns about your content being used for training purposes, please contact our support team. However, please note that opting out of this usage may limit your ability to use certain features of our service.
